Officer A. Van Heynigen is appealing his suspension. Officer Van Heynigen would be the police officer who entered a local WOMENS ABUSE SHELTER, beat the owner of the shelter, dragged his girlfriend out Ms. P.D. and beat her bloody at the shelter. That wasn’t a big deal to the police, Van Heynigen, also known as Van Heineken, is a legendary woman beater.
Officer Van Heynigen then pistol whipped, beat his new girlfriend bloody, and tried to down her in the ocean.
After local bloggers etc, were forced to repeatedly humiliate the police department who STILL use Van Heynigens photo at the front of the local police station to RECRUIT new police officers, he was suspended.
He is now appealing his suspension………….
